The Old me at my 206 lbs..
Hi, I'm Christian. I'm almost 58 and have been married for 40 years. I have 2 daughters and 3 amazing grandkids. I'm really grateful that I've recently discovered a way to look and feel like a younger version of myself again…
I remember back in my 20s and even 30s when I used to...
✅ Have loads of energy throughout the day...
✅Keep a slim figure even while indulging in pizzas, burgers, and ice cream.
